What industry do you work in?
I work in the field of Residential Design and Construction Management. I have designed a wide range of popular floor plans. Since they are my own CAD designs I can adapt them to a customer’s individual taste and needs.

What about a custom built home?
If a client is looking for a more sophisticated custom built home, I can transform their specific housing needs into a tailor made Dream Home! Adding all the great accents one could think of. My 3D renditions help clients in visualizing the completed project, right down to the palm trees in the front yard.

Do you have a specific style?
I specialize in Key West Style Homes, Spanish Villas, 2-story Homes, Stilt Homes to be built in the coastal flood areas along the Florida waterfront. Last but not least my Contemporary Designs have sharp clean lines.

What kind of clients do you work with?
I work with clients looking to build a vacation home or a full time residence. My designs always have energy efficiency in mind like a Photovoltaic Solar system that helps eliminate electrical bills.

What do you do for fun when you aren’t working?
I love computers and electronics! But my wife and I share our home with three great shelter pets: two cats named Cinderella and Cappuccino; as well as our lab-mix named Blanca.
